We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. The customer is responsible for any import duties & taxes on the shipment.

We are not responsible for any shipping delay due to customs, natural occurrences or any delay once the package has been shipped.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We will refund your full amount for all unused and unopened merchandise within 14 days of receiving your products excluding the return shipping fees. Return shipping costs must be covered by you and must include a tracking number.

Please contact us directly with your order number and details to process the refund. We do not accept exchanges.

Please note that lashes are a personal item and any used, altered, and/or opened items will not be eligible for a return under any circumstances. All lashes purchased during a sale, promotion, or with a discount code are a FINAL SALE. No returns will be accepted.
